The core conference day includes keynote presentations, panel sessions, and interactive discussions with leaders across business, technology, academia, policy, and innovation. Topics will focus on:

- Sweden–U.S. economic relations and outlook
The day will also include exclusive side activities, breakfast, lunch, and a curated dinner experience, offering additional opportunities for informal networking and continued discussions.
The evening reception will feature an innovative matchmaking experience powered by Retell AI. An AI-powered phone interviewer will conduct brief interviews with attendees, gathering insights about their backgrounds, interests, and professional goals and needs. This information will then be used to identify meaningful connections and match attendees with others for deeper, more valuable networking.

1:50 – 2:35 PM: “Leadership in the age of Ai” with Eva Andre (Head of people Ericsson Americas), Nils Senvalds (Senior Director Alvarez & Marsal), Lauren Cody (President Orange Theory) and moderated by Patrik Melander (CEO and Founder Connect 5g). The second panel of the day, exploring how to lead when AI can do more of the thinking? Bringing together Swedish and American leaders to share how they’re actually using AI in their leadership: what they’ve gained from it, where it’s changed how they make decisions or develop their teams, and where judgment and people still have to lead. Expect practical insights you can take straight back to your own team, not just theory, but real examples of what’s working and what isn’t.
