On May 6 - 7, Vice-President Bo Boström and board members Mike Skelton, Tomas Lindqvist and Daniel Silden, of SACC in Texas – Dallas Chapter, travelled to University of North Texas in Denton to participate in the 2010 Conference on Conducting Business with the European Union, hosted by UNT in collaboration with Texas A&M University. The 2010 Conference turned out to be a great success and was much appreciated.

The first day started with a banquet and live jazz music performed by UNT students from their world -renowned College of Music. The agenda on the second day began with a warm welcome and introduction of speakers by Dr. Finley Graves, Dean, UNT College of Business. The day continued with topics held from a variety business and scholar professionals as followed:
- The Evolution of the European Union and the Euro
- Business environment in Europe
- Setting up Business and Sales in the EU
- Promoting Texas/EU Trade and Investment
- Business Negotiations in the EU
- How to do Business in the European Union – Personal Experience
